It has been a rough month for this ol' bum. Being off the bike (I still commuted, just didn't get my sweat on) and not getting enough sun will turn the most irie rasta into a grump.
Things are looking up friends.
I rode 360 the past three days, and managed a Mt. B ride today too.
Tomorrow I find out where im at during the ATC Saturday ride.

Just sit in, and try to stay away from the tri-geeks - they're like a parked car in a bike lane when the pace picks up on SW parkway.
