Hey Andy (room mate) wanna go to Gingerman at 6pm for a Real Ale pint night?
I really hope it is Lost Gold, although it is a little early for its release.
"Lost Gold IPA (summer release) draught only
Massive additions of Cascade, Columbus, Amarillo, and Summit hops make Lost Gold IPA a hop lover's dream. Vienna malt and pale English crystal malt give Lost Gold its rich golden-orange color.
ABV: 6.6%, IBU: 55, OG(plato): 15.0"
This is one of the brews that helped convert me to the ale, and more specifially the IPA, -snob that I am.
Now then,

How far away is Blanco?
ReplyDeleteCould there be a ride to the brewery for some beer tasting? Is that too dangerous?
The round trip is a cool century.
ReplyDeleteGoogle maps gives a route on 290 and 281. I have no idea about the shoulders or other safety concerns on those stretches. I have ridden part of 290 to get to Mansfield dam.
you gotta do this:

riding 71 does seem sketchy though. there are some side roads that can probably get you there in one peice.
